This home is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home that sleeps fourteen guests in the lovely Sand Point neighborhood in Port Aransas with direct beach access. You can walk right to the local favorite hangout, the Beach Lodge. Stand out on your balcony and watch the waves roll in or make the short walk to the beach or community pool and enjoy your vacation on island time.
When you enter this home, you are in for a Beachin` Good Time, with a kitchen that`s ready for you and your whole crew that has two refrigerators and two dishwashers. You will have more than enough room for all your necessities. This kitchen has new cookware, dishes, and glassware, as well as a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Walk over to the gorgeous dining room and find room for eight guests to take a seat and enjoy some quality time over games or a good meal! Is it time to relax? Head into the living room and find yourself a seat on this large plush L-shaped couch that has room for all to get cozy after a long day of fun in the Texas sun.
This vacation home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep 14 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains, memory foam mattresses, a flat-screen TV, and access to your own restroom. You can find a queen bedroom and a bunkroom that have two full-sized bunk beds and pull-out twin trundles with a private balcony on the first floor. As you head to the second floor, you will discover two king-sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. On the top floor of this home, you will find a suite with a king-sized bed, an en suite bathroom, a twin-sized sofa bed, and a desk if you need to get some work done. You will have wonderful views of the ocean from here; you may never want to leave!
The patio of this home has two charcoal grills for cookouts; there is a Weber grill for smaller meals or a large pit for a full family feast! With tons of space for friends and family, this area is the perfect hangout spot for a pre-dinner gathering. You can also find an outdoor shower out here to wash off those sandy toes from your day at the beach before you head inside. Summary: This house is perfect for a large group - the 5 bedrooms are perfect for adults traveling with other family members. The kitchen is huge with two refrigerators and dishwashers. It was so nice to be able to cook easily for a crowd. We appreciated the dog friendly nature of the house as well. Our only caveat, and I did not ask this specific question, is that the elevator does not go down to ground level and there is no ramp in place for those 6 stairs. My elderly mother in law could manage the stairs with help, but a ramp would make that unnecessary. Perhaps one could be added in the garage to make the home fully stair free. The home was wonderful and well worth a stay for any large group - our elevator issue won’t apply to most people.

Summary: We had a great family time. The beach house was exceptional, well equipped, had everything we needed, clean, comfortable for 6 adults, and 4 children. New Wave was always responsive. Great organization, everything was labeled, and there were helpful notes. Overall a great experience, we want to come back.

Summary: This home had everything you could want for a fantastic vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators , 2 washers and 2 dryers, everything gets done faster for big families. Wonderful location by the beach ! Great Hosts ! We couldn't ask for a better vacation.

The beds are SUPER comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need. We absolutely love this house.... BUT... the house wasn’t clean. Random food wrappers and cheerios on floor. Several dog hair tumbleweeds all in house. Couch smelled like urine BAD. We couldn’t even use couch it smelled so bad. We couldn’t use the YouTubeTV and the rental company/owners never got back to us about log in info after we asked about it.

Summary: Very well-equipped for a large group. Two refrigerators was nice! Plenty of bedrooms. Easy access to the beach. Nice BBQ smoker. Outdoor shower. Elevator was not always working, but it wasn't a big deal. We're hoping to stay here again next year!
